Jordan has launched "Ahlan Bel Urdun" (Welcome to Jordan), an integrated digital platform designed to attract Arab tourists to the kingdom. Developed by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Jordan Tourism Board in cooperation with tourism associations, the platform specifically targets neighboring countries including Palestine, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, and GCC states.
The platform offers tailored tourism packages covering Jordan's archaeological, natural, and cultural attractions, with integrated travel services to streamline the visitor experience. Jordan Tourism Board Director General Ramzi Al-Maaytah said the initiative aims to strengthen Jordan's position as a leading Arab tourism destination and boost summer season travel to the kingdom.
The summer tourism campaign coincides with major events including the Jerash Festival, Amman Summer Festival, and Aqaba Waves Festival, along with concerts by prominent Arab artists across multiple cities.
